    Order Changes/Cancellations
    You can change your proof before art approval and production, our team will revise the layout per your request for free. If the order has been approved, but not yet in production(normally only several hours between these 2 phases), we will not charge for changes or cancellations. If the order has already in production process, there may be a change or cancel fee depending on the exact phase they are in.
