    Description

    This is a Selective Service Student Certificate, SSS Form 109, which allowed a draft deferment for the Vietnam War for a college student.  The form is dated January 17, 1967, and the student from  Pedricktown, New Jersey was attending Catawba College in Salisbury, North Carolina. The thin paper sheet has a light stain at the top left,  and remnants of tape from a scrapbook on the edges.
