PACKAGING
All items are priced individually regardless of packaging size.  In most instances, the item purchased will me mailed in the original packaging.  Sometimes, orders may be shipped without the original packaging to save on shipping cost.  All inserts and instructions included with original packaging will be sent with order.
RETURNS
If you wish to return the item you purchased, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to send it back to us.  When we receive the returned product, we will credit your account immediately.
EXCHANGES
If you'd like to exchange an item that you purchased, you will be responsible for the cost difference and the shipping cost for the new product.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please be advised that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.  If you purchase an item on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped on the next business day.  Ebay shows an estimated delivery time, that is exactly what it is...ESTIMATED!  We ship within one business day but cannot always depend on the shipping carriers to deliver as quickly as we'd like them to.
Shipping listed on all items is to the lower 48 states, unless otherwise stated.
Additional charges for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam may apply.
We reserve the right to change shipping carriers based on location or for combined orders.
This is to ensure your package gets to you as quickly and as well safely as possible.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Our inventory is constantly updating and we do our best to keep it as accurate as possible.  However, we are also a dealership. In some
rare
instances, items sell very fast and can be subject to temporary delays.  In the
rare
instance that this happens, we will order your parts immediately. They will be overnighted to our shop and shipped to you the same day that we receive them.  This time frame is generally within 1-3 business days.  In the event of a prolonged delay, we will make our best effort to make contact and notify you of such delays.
WARRANTY ITEMS
While the manufacturer may warrant the goods sold to the customer, we make no warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness, with respect to such goods.
Items included, but not limited to, PTO clutches, electrical components, hydro pumps, wheel motors and short blocks must be professionally installed to be considered for warranty.  Warranties will be through the manufacturer, not us. We will do all we can to supply you with any information that we have on that manufacturer.
