    Description

The German Diamond and Their Production 1914 / Die Deutschen Diamanten und Ihr Gewinnung 1914
This is an early volume about Diamond Production Mining.  There are 26 Plates and a one page Map.
The text is in Old German Gothic Script and 95 pages.  I scanned the Title Page, Page 1 and Page 95. This Mine is in Southwest Africa from the Map provided.  You may be able to understand more, if needed.
I have scanned some plates and pages of text. This is the general condition which is very good. The wraps are brittle and loose, but with the volume.  The book weighs 11.5 ounces.
Between the first page and blank next page is a carbon residue which would indicate a fire soot in its past.  It can be removed with a rubber eraser used by artists.  I scanned the page for your inspection.
