    Tube installation Instructions:
    1. Remove Wheel with flat tire from bike. Depress valve core and completely deflate tube.
    2. Press edges of tire together all the way around to disengage bead, then, starting dirctly opposite valve stem (180 degrees), ROLL tire bead off rim.  If you find it difficult to roll tire off by hand, use only bicycle tire levers and be very careful not to pinch the tube.
    3. Remove tube and repair and replace.  Carefully check inside of the casing for any protusions or debris.  Clean then lightly dust with tire talc. Also check that rim strip completely covers all spoke heads.
    4. Dust tube with talc and insert into tire, positioning valve stem to valve stem hole in rim.  Carefully poke stem through hole. Smooth tube into tire.  Starting at the valve stem, push bead of tire back over rim edge, using hands only.
    5. Inflate to approximately 10 lbs. Check that tire is properly and evenly seated.  Deflate tube to let any wrinkles out of tube.  CAUTION: Use only pumps designed for bicycles. The use of compressed air at gas stations can lead to blow-outs
    6. Again inflate to 10 lbs. and see that rim line on tire is even all the ay around.  Inflate tire to one half of recommended pressure and again check tire for proper seating. Inflate to commended pressure.  NOTE: Proper inflation = maximum tire life and maximum performance. Re-install wheel onto bicycle.
