Prof Magner’s Horse Taming And Educating School Members Card 1888-1900’s Vintage

Description

Sturdy orange member’s card from “Prof. Magner’s Horse Taming And Educating School” stating,
“the member is not to teach or reveal the secrets of his system for five years from the time of becoming a member or transfer this ticket to others for such a purpose.”  D. Magner.
I was able to find that the book was published in 1888.  Not much else.  But, certainly a fun piece of vintage ephemera.
There is a full length crease down the center of the card.  However, the card is intact and shows no evidence of tearing.
Measures approximately 1 7/8” x 3”.  Backside is marked the number 50.
