Vintage 8" x 8" Soaring Eagles Tile
Here is a really nice 8" x 8" tile that features two soaring eagles with a gorgeous background of high mountains and trees. There is a signature in the bottom right corner but I cannot read it so instead I provided a blow-up of it. Purchased at a local auction here in Albuquerque.
The back of the tile has a piece of wood attached so that it can be hung. It also allows the tile to be used as a trivet since the wood piece raises the tile up off the table.
Condition: The tile is in excellent condition with no kind of damage that I could find. The rough edge of the colored area is a deliberate part of the design and not flaws in the painting.
