Vintage Fireman V Climbs 4 Foot Ladder
Toy Battery Operated (when functioning)
Sold AS IS for parts or repair.
Does not operate right now.

Toy operated fine in the past.
We do not know if the problem is the red wire that has come detached (shown in the photo of the underside of the opened base) or if it is some other problem with the mechanism.
(The underside cover of the base was taken off for wiring photos and is now reattached with the screws as shown in another photo.)

About four feet high when assembled.

Component parts now unassembled and laid out for viewing and shipping.
•
Firefighter is attached to power supply via electrical wire.
•
Five plastic ladder sections fit together.
The ladder seems loose where it joins the base.
The base is about 6” x 9.”
When it operated, the firefighter climbed up the ladder, hit the hose nozzle then automatically changed direction and climbed back down.
Firefighter is wearing turnout gear, helmet, and air tanks. Operated with two C cell batteries (not included.)

No manufacture name found on this item.
Embossed on the lid of the battery compartment are the words Made in Taiwan and the letters D Y below a crown. The small paper label on the underside of the battery compartment lid has some Chinese characters plus the numbers 0-6 (or maybe 9-0).
The plastic parts of this toy are very clean.
