marked PA-578.  US Dept Agriculture and State Land-Grant and Universities Cooperating. Issued May 1963. Has instructions from building a shelter to what to stock, to vaccinations. This mint green brochure would look great framed.
In very good condition. Small tear in corner. As usual, I do a quick clean but leave the full restore up to the buyer. Please look closely at photos and shipping before bidding.
